We are only able to accept returns for items purchased online or at our Sweet Tea Candle location in Nolensville. We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. You can make a return at our Nolensville location (7307 Nolensville Rd Nolensville, TN) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to complete your return via mail with a prepaid return label. Items purchased from one of our mercantile locations (Franklin and Knoxville) must be returned to the location in which it was purchased.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag attached.
**Clearance items with a star or asterisk marked on the tag are final sale and unable to be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (this can take up to 5 business days).
